My detox juice:

Nothing is simpler than concocting a detox juice when you have a juicer or a blender ... You just cut the fruit and vegetables in small pieces and pass them into your machine little by little. According to your cravings, you can vary the fruits and vegetables in season.

Tip: think about adding some oleaginous fruits like walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds to your drink. They are rich in fiber, protein and vegetable fats and help reduce the peaks of blood sugar.
